▪ A guest’s check-out must be completed by 11:00 am and the check-in is set after 3:00 pm, in order to ensure the property’s thorough cleaning and sanitation.
▪ Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time, even for a casual visit, and parties and gatherings are STRICTLY forbidden.
▪ The property is designated solely for stays. Photoshoots, filming of any kind, events, etc., as well as reproduction and publication of the property on social media or any other form of mass media, are strictly forbidden and prosecuted by law.
▪ All appliances must be used for their designated purpose.
▪ Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, bed linen, towels, or any other items supplied with the rental property must not be removed or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings, beyond normal wear, will be charged to the GUEST.
▪ Please note that any food items shown in the photos are for presentation purposes only and are not included.
▪ Our company provides bed linen and towels, and at some properties, towels for the sunbeds. It is strictly prohibited to remove them from the property.
▪ Disposal supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and shower gels are provided by our company.
▪ Quiet hours must be respected at all times. Guests must not create excessive noise at a level that might disturb the neighborhood between 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
▪ Pets are not allowed.
▪ Smoking is allowed STRICTLY outside. It is strictly prohibited in all internal areas.
▪ Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate but can be arranged upon request and with an extra charge.
